HOUSTON, TX – March 9, 2021 –Hirsch & Westheimer, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Kim Lewinski to the Houston firm.

Kim has represented Fortune 500 oilfield services companies and their subsidiaries as creditors in their various vendor bankruptcy filings, both domestic or international, and advised and updated clients on the status of bankruptcy cases with recommendations for potential recovery of debt. Before joining Hirsch & Westheimer, Kim was a litigator at a Commercial Finance Litigation firm. She has represented credit unions in collecting defaulted auto loans, loan agreements, and credit cards. She also assisted mortgage servicers in foreclosing on defaulted mortgages.

Kim earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and her bachelor’s from The University of Texas at Austin with honors in Human Development & Family Sciences. She was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019.
