The Southwest Association of Bank Counsel Convention provides broad advice to banking clients as part of a general practice or concentrate in one or more specific areas related to banking. Yusuf Ansari presented “You’ve Been Served: How to Respond to Subpoenas, Garnishments, and Levies” on Thursday, September 26th and Rupert Barron presented “ACH Review Update/Banking Law Update” on Friday September 27th in Santa Fe, New Mexico at La Fonda on the Plaza Hotel.
