Sarah moved to Texas when she was 11 years old. Having spent her entire adult life in the Houston area, Sarah proudly considers herself a Houstonian and Texan.  She completed her bachelor’s degree at The University of Texas at Austin with Honors, and graduated in the top quarter of her class from the University of Houston Law Center.  While at UHLC, Sarah served as the Head Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, worked as a research scholar for the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center, competed as a brief writer and oralist with the UHLC Blakely Advocacy Institute’s moot court team, and published a research paper with the American Bar Association.

Sarah has helped clients through all stages of litigation, including jury trials, bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations on matters ranging from simple contract disputes to complex commercial construction disputes.  Her other areas of practice include DTPA actions, fraudulent transfers, residential construction defects, non-competition and employment agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, receiverships, collection matters, and municipal / governmental disputes.

Sarah is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

When not fighting for clients, Sarah cultivates her pollinator-friendly garden, which is a certified wildlife habitat.  She also enjoys visiting botanical gardens, dancing, traveling, and finding new local music & art.
