Wilk facilitated a half-day training on the topic of “eDiscovery: Arbitration in a Digital World” on March 15th as part of the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) continuing education offerings. The panel focused its discussion on the unique issues facing arbitration and arbitrators posed by discovery of electronically stored information. Topics discussed include sizes and types of electronic information, methodologies for effective electronic searching, and management of the e-discovery process in an arbitration.
