Randall E. Evans graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1971, where he served as Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review.
In addition, Randall received his Master of Law (LLM) in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1973, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1974. He received his Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1979.
He assists clients in achieving their wealth preservation and transfer planning objectives through establishing trusts, restructuring businesses, establishing charitable foundations, utilizing family limited partnerships, planning gifts, and designing wills. He also advises and represents families in the probate of wills, administration of estates, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service in estate and gift tax matters.
