Tori is a litigation associate in the civil litigation section of H&W.

Tori assists individual and corporate clients in a broad range of cases in state and federal court, Including in landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, labor and employment matters, and complex commercial litigation. Tori’s pragmatic approach to litigation includes development of individualized legal strategies depending on the specific needs of her clients and the circumstances of the disputes.

During her tenure in law school at the University of Texas, Tori developed practical legal experience in a variety of internships and clinics, including with the Hon. Martin Hoffman, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, the Austin Area Urban League, and the Texas Advocacy Project. Her clinic experience gave her the foundation on which she developed her approach to representing clients with attention to interpersonal care in order to achieve favorable resolutions grounded in her clients’ specific needs. Tori also served as a staff editor for the Texas Journal Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, a member of the Constance Baker Mock Trial Team, a Voir Dire Symposium Scholar for the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and a member of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court, the Student Bar Association, and the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society.

Tori earned her B. A. in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College – Notre Dame in 2020. A native of Houston, Texas, Tori moved back down south to earn her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2024.

When not serving her clients at H&W, she enjoys trying new recipes with her fiancé and spending quality time with their dog.
