Neil focuses his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate law and real estate. He has particular experience in assisting start-up businesses, in helping business owners navigate the complexities of expansion and acquisition, in sales of businesses and in helping owners in the development of new properties and the negotiation of a variety of real estate related agreements.
Neil received his J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas where he focused his curriculum on business transactions, corporate law, and real estate. He received his B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Neil lives in Houston and enjoys spending his free time playing golf, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring with his dog, Archie.
